We are currently looking for an energetic, experienced direct mail/direct response fundraising professional, with a background in direct mail, integration, and analytics, to join the account management team and drive campaign strategy and execution for several local and national clients.

To be successful, you will:
Create annual and long-term client strategies with measurable results to achieve client goals and drive revenue.
Develop and execute year-long direct marketing fundraising campaigns within these strategies – integrated across multiple channels including mail, email, and social media.

Requirements/Skills:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in fundraising, marketing, or direct mail.
Nonprofit fundraising and/or agency experience is essential, with a strong

Strong analytic skills to interpret campaign performance and metrics over time.
Problem-solving approach to analyze information and present it in an effective

About the Position:
The Digital Account Director leads the creation of digital marketing plans for Faircom’s nonprofit clients, and oversees digital campaign execution to acquire, cultivate, retain, and upgrade donors. The ideal candidate will combine significant strategic planning, digital media management, email platform, analytic and account management experience, along with the ability to flourish in a fast-paced, creative environment with ever-shifting schedules and priorities. Primary Responsibilities
- Develops and presents strategic plans covering digital fundraising efforts across multiple digital tactics.
- Provide strategic direction for email marketing campaigns, digital media (including programmatic, paid social, and paid search efforts), social media strategy, and other digital marketing tactics.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary day-to-day execution point of contact for client projects. Ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables and manage communication for any ad hoc client requests.
- Oversees and analyzes client performance reports; identifies trends and recommends modifications and opportunities for growth.
- Works with in-house and freelance resources to create engaging digital campaigns to support client goals.
- Assist in the development of compelling email fundraising appeals, website content, social media, ad copy, and other digital creative.
- Ensures overall quality control of all digital assets. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including omnichannel testing plans, campaign reports and assets.
- Leads both client-facing and internal meetings.
- Ensures deadlines and budgets are met.
- Assists senior staff with other activities as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least five years of significant experience with digital marketing and fundraising for nonprofits required.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing multichannel digital fundraising strategies, including email, website, and paid digital media.
- Experience managing integrated fundraising campaigns that leverage paid strategies such as programmatic (display, native, video, DOOH, CTV/OTT) paid social, YouTube, Google Grant and paid search.
- Familiarity with digital direct response marketing strategy and tactics, and how to measure the impact of various channels and campaigns.
- Understanding of current industry best practices and emerging fundraising and marketing strategies.
- Commitment to delivering error-free work and high-quality customer service to clients.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and prioritize constantly shifting opportunities.
- Ability to handle multiple complex projects; a resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Skills and experiences desired for this role:
- Expertise working with data and using past results to drive future strategy. Must be able to read and interpret data to inform real time campaign optimizations. Ability to create, manipulate and analyze data in Excel is required.
- Experience with CRM and donation-based platforms such as Blackbaud Luminate Online, Salesforce/Pardot, Classy, and Fundraise Up is highly desired.
- StackAdapt (or other DSP) and Meta expertise.
- Proficiency in G4 and Google AdWords.
- Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager and tracking mechanisms.
- Basic understanding Google Data Studio reporting, ability to edit reports as needed.

You will contribute to the overall success of programs through flawless planning and print execution for local and national clients. What You Need to be Successful
Agency work is exciting and fast-paced. You will be should be comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities, and you will excel if you bring flexibility and organizational skills to your work that includes:
- Working with senior account leadership to implement strategies for a range of domestic and international clients, with a focus on major gift, grantmaking, corporate partnership, and events fundraising strategies.
- Day-to-day operations support to ensure overall objectives are being met, including tracking and management of project calendars.
- Research tasks as assigned, including review of client prospects, donors, and other strategic partners, to support strategy development.
- Contributing to fundraising materials, including drafting, proofing, and formatting documents, presentations, and other communications collateral.

Additional Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years’ professional experience; fundraising, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with or passion for nonprofit missions is essential, and any agency, fundraising, and communications experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; second language skills are a plus (French preferred).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, including demonstrated project management skills. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Strong competency in research and analysis.
