Corinne Servily

Founder and president of Faircom New York. She provides strategic guidance for every client—based on decades of experience in the fundraising industry. Her successes have led to her being recognized as the sixth best fundraising consultant in the US.

Beginning with the establishment of Doctors Without Borders’ US fundraising program, her expertise in supporting overseas organizations entering the US market has made her a highly sought after authority in the fundraising world.

Corinne has been the keynote speaker at many fundraising conferences, including the King Baudouin Foundation Conference in New York, the Swiss Fundraiser’s Conference in Geneva, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals in Paris.

Larry Montali

Larry Montali guides creative campaigns and strategy for the agency. Prior to joining Faircom, Larry co-founded New River Communications and served as Creative Director at Food for the Poor, one of the largest international relief and development organizations in the U.S. He has also developed media kits, brochures, appeals, and other direct response materials for some of the most well-known organizations in the nonprofit sector. Larry earned an MA in Writing from The S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He has lectured on effective writing and marketing and won many awards for his creative campaigns, including the DMAW’s Gold Maxi and prestigious “Big Idea” awards.

Barbra Schulman

Barbra is a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in multi-channel campaign strategy and management. She has a successful track record of increasing revenues through introduction of new program opportunities and improved data interpretation. Barbra spent 10 years at the March of Dimes, where she helped double revenue for the direct response department. Her other work experience includes time at companies in both the nonprofit and for profit sector including Citibank and MasterCard. She currently works with Human Rights Watch, TechnoServe, the National Urban League, and The Lustgarten Foundation, among others.

What is your secret fundraising weapon? Not being afraid to make the ask.

Diana Lee

Diana has over 13 years of experience in direct response fundraising. She launched her career at New York cultural institutions like The New York Public Library and the Whitney Museum of American Art, where she managed the membership and Annual Fund programs. Prior to Faircom, Diana oversaw the fundraising campaign strategies for organizations ranging from environmental to advocacy to animal welfare. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. in European history and still loves traveling through the continent exploring all the castles, churches, and historical sites. She currently works with Learning Ally, National Hemophilia Foundation, and National Urban League, among others.

What is on your bucket list? I would love to one day visit Peru and Brazil, climbing up Machu Picchu and discovering the Amazon rainforest.

Lindsay Marino Long

Lindsay Marino Long joined Faircom in 2014, having previously worked for the Nobel Prize- and Hilton Humanitarian Award-winning organization Humanity & Inclusion (formerly Handicap International). As Associate Vice President, she leads teams in development audits, strategic planning, and engagement strategies to strengthen pipelines for mid-level and major giving. Lindsay also develops and executes trainings for nonprofit boards and staff, and she is a trusted presenter on trends and learnings in the global philanthropic landscape. Outside of the office, Lindsay is a Trustee of Amber Charter Schools, the first Latino founded and led charter network in New York City, where she chairs the Development Committee. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in geography and economics from McGill University in Montréal.

Maria Blasi

With over 20 years of experience in direct response fundraising, Maria has managed numerous large nonprofits and for-profit clients. Before joining Faircom, she was responsible for overseeing all facets of the Acquisition, Retention, Lapsed and Acknowledgement programs for the March of Dimes. Prior to that, Maria managed Save the Children’s individual giving program. She is recognized as a strategic, well-organized, and efficient professional. Maria is known for her exceptional verbal, written communication, and customer service skills and her ability to manage multiple complex projects with a cool head and “on-your-feet” thinking. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Iona College in New York.

Sean O’Neil

Sean brings important problem-solving skills to Faircom clients honed during years as a Creative Director at New River Communications and as a Partner in several agencies serving both not-for-profit and commercial clients. His expertise lies in creating programs that are successful, hard-hitting, cost-effective, and accurately reflect the organization, its image, and goals. Sean was a principal of Copland O’Neil for 13 years, a South Florida-based direct response agency, serving clients such as ASPCA, Habitat for Humanity, Catholic Relief Services, North Shore Animal League, and Environmental Defense Fund. Sean earned a BA in Advertising from Florida State University.

Ségolène Xavier Miller

Ségolène is Vice President of Global Philanthropy at FNY. Joining Faircom in 2009, Ségolène previously worked in Switzerland for a multinational marketing group. Her decade of experience in an international setting puts her fully at ease translating messaging from foreign markets to the US for our clients. Ségolène is responsible for the oversight of day to day Major Giving and Institutional Fundraising operations and strategy. She works with SOS SAHEL, Institut des Hautes Etudes Scientifiques, and Liberation Route Europe, among others.

Shaun Petersen

Shaun oversees and manages daily activities for a number of Faircom clients including coordination with the agency’s creative, graphics and production departments, and directing NRC’s external resources. With over 20 years of fundraising experience, Shaun has managed efforts for an array of nonprofit organizations. His special focus on data and analytics has proven invaluable to the clients he serves. Prior to working with nonprofit organizations, Shaun managed direct marketing efforts for major US financial and publishing companies. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Concentration – Marketing) from Montclair State University in New Jersey.

Shelly Hudson

Shelly brings over 25 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital strategy and fundraising. With more than 15 years dedicated to the nonprofit sector, Shelly has worked extensively to help organizations acquire, engage, and retain donors through effective digital marketing. She has led digital services teams in agency environments, providing tailored strategies for nonprofits ranging from large national organizations to smaller regional groups. Shelly’s deep expertise in nonprofit fundraising, combined with her background in digital marketing, allows her to drive impactful results. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Marketing.

Carla San Vicente Cunha

Carla brings over a decade of experience in digital marketing, specifically honing her expertise in the non-profit sector. She has successfully led teams of professionals to craft and execute innovative digital strategies.

Her approach is both analytically rigorous and socially insightful, allowing her to craft campaigns that resonate on multiple levels. Her narrative is one of innovation, strategic leadership, and measurable success, reflecting a career dedicated to advancing the digital presence of non-profit organizations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

Madiha Ahmed

Madiha is an accomplished and growth-focused strategist with over nine years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. She has directly organized and led compelling marketing campaigns for high-profile accounts. She has an extensive background in project/account management, print production, brand awareness, strategic marketing, integrated marketing, client success and retention management.

Madiha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Graphic Design. 

Beni Gibson

Beni brings with her a vast career in direct mail fundraising with 28 years spent assisting non-profits in achieving their mission and financial goals.  She has a unique perspective earned from her experience working in both the for and non-profit arenas.  Beni’s 10 years at Trinity Missions – a Catholic non-profit located in Silver Spring, MD – certainly provided valuable insight into the day-to-day challenges of her clients. And, her agency work offered her the opportunity to partner with high-profile veteran, religious, and environmental organizations such as VFW, DVNF, St. Joseph’s Indian School, and WWF to name a few.  In managing these clients and organizations, she ensured program growth through strategic planning and excellent project management skills.  Her strength lies in flawless execution, on time, and within budget. Fluent in Spanish, Beni was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She met her husband of 37 years while attending college in Baltimore. With her two grown children well on their way in the world, Beni looks forward to traveling to exotic lands.

Heather Foye

Heather has over 25 years of marketing experience spanning both the commercial and non-profit sectors, with the past 14+  exclusively with non-profits.  She has had the pleasure of working with several amazing organizations such as Brady United, American Diabetes Association,  Malaria No More, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She has focused her interest on using data and analytics to inform investment and planning.  

Norita Parker

Suzanne Darling

Suzanne has over 25 years of experience in direct and database marketing, helping clients gather and analyze data and turn that data into business insights and actionable marketing strategies.  She has delivered CRM solutions to outstanding brands such as Coca Cola, Morgan Stanley, Schwab, and Proctor & Gamble.  She has also worked with a wide range of non-profit clients, such as Feed The Children, The Salvation Army, and Dana Farber Cancer Institute, improving donor outreach and experience and building revenue. Suzanne has a BA from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College.

Vicky Barrett

Vicky Barrett has over 33 years of experience in nonprofit senior management. She has been responsible for several fundraising programs that brought in over $30+ million in revenue and acquired over 90,000 members annually. Her experience includes major donor, mid-level, planned giving, monthly donor, renewal/retention, annual giving, and acquisition fundraising programs.   Vicky also has over 24 years of experience managing PAC, Super PAC, and chapter/affiliate fundraising programs.

Artem Olkhovskyi

Artem brings over a decade of marketing expertise to the table, with a notable focus on multiplatform campaign strategies during his 7-year tenure. His ability to synergize different platforms has been instrumental in crafting impactful marketing initiatives. Rooted in his education, Artem’s technical skills enable him to excel in data and audience analysis, ensuring campaigns are both targeted and effective.

His commitment includes the development and implementation of tracking systems, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to digital marketing.

Artem holds a Bachelor’s and a Specialist’s degree in Information Communication Network.

Yana Katsuba

Yana is a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a solid foundation of 6 years in the marketing realm. She has honed her skills in developing comprehensive strategies, constructing impactful campaigns, optimizing for peak performance, and delivering insightful reporting across a variety of platforms. Her technical background provides her with a strong foundation that she skillfully applies to her innovative digital marketing strategies. Yana’s proficiency extends into the creative domain, where she excels in graphic design, creating captivating banners, and other visual assets that enhance brand presence and engage audiences. 

Yana holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Claire Saget

Claire is a seasoned Digital Account Director with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing. She is passionate about social impact, philanthropy, education and sustainability. Claire thrives working on meaningful projects for purpose-oriented organizations with a diversity of clients, stakeholders and teammates, and ultimately achieving positive change.

She has worked for non-profit organizations and for-profit corporations in different sectors in France and North America. 

Claire holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po and studied Public Policy at Concordia University.

Emily Waugh

Emily is a digital marketer and creative account director with over eight years of experience, specializing in collaborating with a diverse array of nonprofits. Using her skills in visual and written communication, along with a passion for conserving the natural world, she infuses her work with a commitment to creating positive impact. With a keen eye for innovation and dedication to making a difference, she crafts impactful campaigns that drive digital success for her clients.

Emily holds degrees in Animal Cognition and Conservation, and Graphic Design.

LisaMaria Palumbo

With a background in business development and marketing, LisaMaria has worked for and volunteered with local, national, and international nonprofit organizations. She has a passion for helping underprivileged and at-risk children.  While working with organizations such as Haiti Partners, Imani Milele, and the Florida Guardian Ad Litem program, LisaMaria learned the importance of creative and effective fundraising strategies and the impact of donor funding.  At Faircom, LisaMaria is committed to helping clients connect with donors and raise funds to continue their programs and efforts to make the world a better place.

Marie Finucane

Marie has spent her entire career in the non-profit sector.

She has spent over 20 years on the client side with March of Dimes in various roles, including Acquisition, Donor Retention, and Sustainers.  In her most recent role, she transitioned to the agency side, supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities across the United States as an Account Manager for TrueSense Marketing.  Marie is delighted to join Faircom and work with an array of incredible organizations and help them achieve their mission and grow their programs.

Mark Newman

Mark is an exceptional negotiator when it comes to Production and Cost Management. He is uniquely adept at keeping costs down, and getting the best quality, on time, every time.  Mark earned his reputation at American Express, where he achieved over $3MM in cost savings in DM acquisition and helped launch the company’s first co-branded cards (Delta, Hilton, and Sheraton).

Besides American Express, Mark has spent significant time in his career at Draft Worldwide (now part of FCB) and Worth Linen Associates.  At Draft, Mark oversaw part of the production group on the Verizon account.  He was part of the team that launched DSL and later Fios.   While at Worth Linen Associates, Mark oversaw all direct mail production for all nonprofit clients including The USO, Muscular Dystrophy Associates and Texas BioMedical Research Foundation.

Mark has a BS in Commerce from Rider University with a major in Marketing and a minor in Decision Science.  Mark is involved with supporting children and Young Adults with disabilities.  He has been a board member for a variety of children’s charities and has coached challenger basketball in his hometown of Fairfield, Ct.

When Mark finds some free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and watching his son on stage creating unbelievable tunes.

Melanie Miller

Meredith Jones

Meredith has spent more than a decade devoted to nonprofit work. From fighting hunger, increasing teacher salaries, and improving infant and maternal health, to preventing the surrender of companion animals at shelters, Meredith strives to use her professional skills and time in purposeful ways. Throughout her career with nonprofits, Meredith has contributed to mid-level donor strategy, donor database management, philanthropy operations, graphic design, and digital enablement. Meredith brings a strong attention to detail and a “think outside the box” mindset to her work for clients at Faircom. Meredith holds a BA in Psychology from Wright State University.

Miranda Bono

Miranda is a seasoned digital strategist with over a decade of experience in digital marketing specializing in the non-profit sector. She has a proven track record of leading teams to develop and implement innovative fundraising and branding strategies, delivering impactful results for various accounts. Miranda’s background spans project management, brand awareness, integrated strategy creation, client relations, social media marketing, website management, and creative design. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Communications. 

Ron Kreutzer

Ron comes to the Faircom New York team with over 25 years of Direct Mail and Print Production experience. In the past he has managed large accounts such as The Smile Train, Chase Bank, and Liberty Mutual Insurance, to name a few. He has worked for various large advertising agencies within the New York City area. His sharp eye for detail and knowledge of the direct mail/print production world make him a great asset to the team.

Ron is also an experienced handyman (on the weekends) and has his own business. He can fix or repair just about anything that comes his way. In his spare time, he is usually busy changing a faucet, fixing a cabinet, or hanging shelves at his home or for one of his clients.

What is on your bucket list? Someday…. I hope to take a vacation to Hawaii. It’s a place that I’ve always wanted to visit and experience its beauty.

TinYuet Chau

TinYuet joined Faircom New York since 2015. Born in Hong Kong and raised in New York. She graduated from Hunter College with two BFA degrees in Fine and Studio Art, and Emerging Media. Passionate for visual design, she works across all FNY teams: Global Philanthropy, Digital, and Directing Marketing to create unique and innovative designs for our partners through multiple mediums. Her works include brand identities, editorial designs, prints, online visual communications, web, and infographics. She is committed to helping our partners to create meaningful connections between their brands and their audience.

She closely works with Human Rights Watch, SOS Sahel, United Surgeons for Children, Magdi Yacoub Global Foundation, Marie Stopes International, TechnoServe, and many more.

She loves to do illustrations, travel, karaoke, and attend artist conventions.

Tracy Coutain-Obiwon

Since joining Faircom New York over eleven years ago, Tracy has worked in a variety of capacities ranging from answering phones and welcoming clients at the office to consulting and account services, strategy, editing, production of large donor mailings and serving as the day-to-day contact for many of Faircom New York’s clients. While at Faircom New York, Tracy has worked with a myriad of clients within various sectors of the nonprofit industry such as human services groups like National Urban League and Community Service Society of New York, educational entities like Inner-City Scholarship Fund and Learning Ally, and many more.

Tracy possesses a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Berkeley College in New York. In her spare time (and even while at her desk), you can hear the slight echo of Celine Dion and Phil Collins’s voices radiating from her speakers. Tracy is a huge TV and music buff!

What is your favorite page on the Internet? YouTube! YouTube is a place to connect people—a live, up-close and personal stream of information. There is so much that can be viewed and learned from this site.

Austin Schuldt

Austin earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale where he was awarded both Best Print Portfolio and Best Digital Portfolio. Using his experience in Graphic Design and Marketing, Austin has been able to develop effective direct marketing materials that consistently achieve stellar results for Faircom clients. Austin is a proud supporter of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation and participates in the organization’s 5k runs and tower climbs to honor our nation’s fallen first responders and military service members.

Jarem Hodge

With several years of experience in creating publications, Jarem recognizes the power of strong design to influence public perception of a brand or organization. Whether working on a direct mail piece, an email series; or other marketing materials, Jarem is dialed in on creating designs that are clean, impactful, and that get readers to pay attention. Jarem received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale where he was awarded Best Digital Portfolio. As a father of two Type 1 diabetics, Jarem is a proud supporter of the JDRF and realizes the impact donor contributions have on those in need.

Rich Klein

Rich leverages over 10 years of experience in digital media and search marketing to help clients achieve their goals. He has developed and optimized campaigns for a wide range of clients, from multi-billion dollar corporations to influential non-profits and small local charities. Specializing in paid media and search strategies, Rich has a proven track record across platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta, Twitter/X Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and SEO. His deep understanding of media buying and search marketing ensures that clients maximize their digital reach and performance. Rich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Samantha Walsh

Samantha is Account Manager of Global Philanthropy at FNY, bringing over 4 years of experience to the team. As Account Manager, she is involved in the development of fundraising strategies and communication tools for nonprofit clients of varying breadth and scope. Combining these strategies and tools with her expertise in research and event execution, Samantha helps to craft successful fundraising campaigns targeted at major donors, institutions and corporations. Her experience working in both the non-profit and for-profit markets has provided her with the unique opportunity to understand the keys to a successful campaign. Samantha graduated with a dual degree from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Mass Communications and a B.S. in Agriculture, Natural Resources & Wildlife Conservation. Her background in environmental conservation studies in East Africa brings a unique perspective to her work at Faircom New York.

What is on your bucket list? Scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef!

Laura Sokol-Meade

Laura is a nonprofit professional with over 20 years experience working with organizations both at the local level and on a national scale.  Prior to joining Faircom, she was the Community Outreach and Engagement Director at the Jewish Federation of Raleigh-Cary, where she successfully created new programs to increase both engagement and fundraising. A native New Yorker, she lived in Manhattan until 2005, where she completed a Masters of Science in Nonprofit Management at the Milano Graduate School of Management at the New School in NYC.  Assisting the nonprofit sector has been a calling her whole career.  When she is not working, she is raising and cheering on her two kids, volunteering on multiple boards in her community, traveling and singing in her Synagogue choir.

Dylan Malavia

Dylan is a seasoned digital marketer with several years of agency experience in the non-profit sector, dedicated to driving social impact through innovative digital strategies. Specializing in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization, Dylan has successfully managed advertising across platforms like Google Paid Search, Google Grants, Meta, and Bing/Microsoft, with a growing focus on programmatic advertising. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and brings a results-driven approach to helping clients achieve their marketing goals.

Maggie Fluck

With a strategic mindset and a passion for driving impact, Maggie helps nonprofits to reach their goals though integrated, direct response marketing solutions. Maggie understands the challenges facing today’s nonprofits and knows how to translate an organization’s mission into compelling, results-driven campaigns. Faircom clients benefit from her hands-on approach and guidance in building direct mail and digital campaigns. Maggie’s dedication extends beyond; she is a passionate advocate for the causes she serves. Maggie graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Journalism/Advertising. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, advocating for the disability community, and hanging out with her kids.
